Moshe built his sales leadership career inside one of the most demanding environments a sales operator can work in - a $175 million B2B organization where targets were non-negotiable and performance was measured weekly.

He ran a $30 million department, built and led a 25-person sales team, designed the CRM from scratch, and cut new-rep onboarding time by two months through a custom training framework. The frameworks were learned in the field, refined under pressure, and proven against real revenue targets - not in a classroom.

That experience taught him what most sales consulting misses: the gap between a generic playbook and a working sales operation is enormous. The frameworks are easy. The discipline to run them every week - pipeline review after pipeline review, coaching session after coaching session, hard conversation after hard conversation - is the actual job.

Twenty Percent exists because most small and mid-size companies need exactly that - and can't justify a $200,000 Director of Sales hire to get it.

Yes - it sounds like a discount code. That's the point.
